Be part of a holiday tradition by entering your handcrafted wreath in the 2025 City and County of Honolulu’s Holiday Wreath Contest! You’ll have the opportunity to win monetary awards and, most importantly, to share your work with thousands of people on Oahu, the state and from across the world!  

Entries will be judged on workmanship, creativity, use of materials, and best representation of the contest theme. For all three divisions, first place prize is $150; second place is $100; and the third-place place is $75. The overall Best in Show wreath receives the Mayor’s Holly Award of $200.  In addition, six Judges’ Choice Awards are awarded monetary prizes of $25 each. Each entrant, individual or group, was eligible to win only one award.

The wreaths will be on display in Honolulu Hale’s Lane Gallery,  from Honolulu City Lights’ opening night on November 29, 2025, and then daily from 8am – 10pm, until December 31st.
